Looking to submit a public records request for Ohio Carry documents?  You have come to the right place. Please either fill out a form below, or email us your request at ohiocarry@ohiocarry.org.

Please note that there will be a fee for both postage and copying.  We will send an invoice for the amount due to the email address you provide.  You will receive this invoice within 7 days from your request date. Your request will be completed within 30 days of receipt, as long as that invoice has been satisfied.
